• Our ceramics are dishwasher-safe, but it is not recommended to soak them or wash them for too long. The heat and moisture absorbed will, in the long term, result in fine cracks on the surface of the enamel. All ceramics develop this crackled effect over time.
• The use of certain cutlery can leave grey traces on the surface of the enamel. These traces can be removed using a special gum or detergent such as Ajax. With intensive use, all ceramic objects become scratched over time.
• The use of a microwave oven is not recommended, but the plates can be preheated in a traditional oven, taking care to avoid thermal shocks.
