Domestic and International Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within the specified number of days on the product page. This is in conjunction to the shipping policy highlighted by each individual store selling their products on the Boatique Marketplace.
Shipments or Deliveries occur on weekends and holidays depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and in relation with an individual vendor’s store policy. Some products have longer processing times than others. Please refer to the disclosure on the product pages for an estimated delivery. Should there be any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be notified at the earliest convenience. Our customer service will be available for any questions or concerns regarding shipping. Tracking information will be sent to the buyer by email. This will also be available on request.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. In the event a vendor manages their own shipping – the store flat rate provided to Boatique will be applied.
*The Shipping services we offer are in conjunction with each individual vendor’s store policies. As an online marketplace we facilitate trade between the vendor and the buyer. We have provided a service to assist with store shipping where requested by a vendor. All shipping takes place in the agreed time period specified by each individual vendor. Disclaimers regarding shipping time for products are mentioned on their product pages. Should a vendor not ship to an area, this too will be highlighted on the product page.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once the order has been processed an email will be sent to the customer with placement confirmation. Once the order has been dispatched the customer will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number for their purchase.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Boatique Yacht Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Boatique Yacht Ltd will always try take necessary steps to ensure the customer knows where a shipment is coming from to expect any of the abovementioned costs that could occur.
Damages
Boatique Yacht Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. This will be processed with the applicable vendor. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please note that some of our vendors do not ship worldwide. This is disclosed on their product pages

Boatique Yacht Ltd is a Multi-Vendor online marketplace facilitating trade between selected stores and purchasing customers.
